What day would provide the best time to announce an acc network.

Assuming we are getting an acc network, what day would provide the most eyes to announce an acc network?

I know everyone wants it yesterday but that is not the question. The question is when would it get the most exposure.

Secondly, when is the best time from a cable industry standpoint.

Cobb had mentioned that there was an annual convention for of cable industry which provided the most exposure to the cable industry. I just don't remember when he indicated that meeting was.
